I have had Terry do some work at my condo unit this summer, such as washing the outside of very high windows, power washing my front sidewalk leading to the door, and power washing my back deck to get all of the algae off. Terry was there on time and was very efficient in the manner in which he conducted his work and got everything done to my satisfaction. I will definitely recommend Terry to others and will be having him back in the Spring for window washing, power washing, and anything else that needs to be done.

Terry is highly dedicated to his work! I am always amazed at how quickly he responds to phone calls and text messages regarding our tenancy. The speed and efficiency with which he works are admirable. He is also easy to approach with concerns, too. Always ready to listen to any issue and get to work on it. Even if Terry doesn't have an immediate fix, he'll find one. For example, in the springtime, I lost the key to my storage locker, which would require him to replace the new lock (at my own cost). So he offered to replace the lock with another one from another building after it was demolished. He did so a couple of months later and slipped the key under my door. And I had forgotten about the lock replacement. It was a kind gesture on his part.

Our interactions with Roxy's Home Services is always pleasant. They are professional in dealing with the tenants requests and queries. They always acknowledge and respond in a timely manner. Roxy's Home Services promptly communicates to tenants, updates and changes in the apartment building when tradesmen will enter the building for fire alarm inspection, etc. They source out better and cost effective trades people to handle minor repairs in the building, such as painting, touch-ups, and leaky taps, showing that they care not only for the tenants needs but also the bottom line. They are friendly, proactive, and take responsibility seriously.
