About Us

Roxy's Home Services was started by Terry Bercovitz 13 years ago.

Terry's career in property management began in the apartment building he was residing in. He grew frustrated with the condition the building was kept, so he began vacuuming hallways and cleaning the front lobby himself. This work was noticed by the owner, who mentioned that they were unhappy with the current manager and asked if Terry would take over. However, it was at this time that he decided that he wanted a dog. So along came Roxy, the most loyal of labs. Terry and Roxy moved into a basement suite, and Terry took on the caretaking of the house. It wasn't long before neighbors started asking him to do work around their homes, and just like that, Roxy's Home Services was born.

Before long, word spread, and Terry had 20-30 residential properties he was working on. Now, Roxy's Home Services manages both residential and commercial properties. Roxy's portfolio includes high-end residential homes, rental properties, and commercial business properties. Every client's needs are unique, and each owner is provided with competitively priced services that are tailored to their own needs.

The services offered by Roxy's Home Services are flexible to each client's needs. From micromanaging every aspect of running the property to monitoring properties while owners are away. Roxy's Home Services specializes in exterior property/yard cleanups and full interior cleanups for rentals, high-end homes, estates, hoarding, and downsizing.

Roxy's Home Services aims to help as many homeowners to stay in their homes as long as possible. Earning the trust of our clients is paramount, and we treat each property with the utmost respect. Until recently, Roxy's Home Services has been operated solely by Terry Bercovitz, bringing in trusted tradespeople as needed.
